The standard and quality of food is emphasised by the care taken in the selection of the finest fresh ingredients. Fresh pasta and bread iare made on the premises everyday, as well as the preparation of a variety of specialities from meat to fish and desserts.
The kitchen comes under special scrutiny for hygienic preparation, and skills are continuously improved to keep standards high.
